Messiah Sing 2026

CDA Messiah Sing 2026

This December 9th & 10th, the Music Conservatory of Coeur d’Alene is opening a new chapter for one of the season’s most beloved musical traditions. The CDA Messiah Sing is not simply a concert to observe. It is a shared musical experience shaped by the people who attend.

Everyone who purchases a ticket is invited to participate!

Professional soloists and orchestra will join a volunteer choir, area churches, music ministries, and individual singers. Everyone who purchases a ticket is invited to participate by singing selected oratorio choruses with the performers. Together, they will fill Trinity Lutheran Church with music that has united people for generations.

The Conservatory and local congregations share a belief in the importance of music. We understand its ability to give voice to faith, create belonging, offer hope, and bring people together in service to something larger than themselves.

Trinity Lutheran Church has enthusiastically welcomed this collaboration, helping us build an event grounded in hospitality, participation, and service.

Food Drive and Food Ministry Support

The impact of the CDA Messiah Sing will reach beyond the performances. Audience members are encouraged to bring nonperishable food for a local food drive.

In addition, $2.25 from every ticket sold will go directly to Trinity Lutheran’s Food Ministry, which includes support of Community Action Partners and the Post Falls Food Bank.

We invite your church to participate in whatever way best fits your congregation. You can encourage singers to join us, share the performance information, attend together, contribute to the food drive, or connect us with others who would welcome this opportunity.

The CDA Messiah Sing is the beginning of something larger than two concerts. It is an opportunity for the Conservatory and local congregations to build a meaningful relationship through music, participation, and service.

Together, we can create a Christmas tradition that welcomes people from across Coeur d’Alene, supports our neighbors, and gives all of us a reason to raise our voices.

Messiah Sponsorships

Dear Prospective Sponsor,

The complete financial target for the production is $15,000. Ticket proceeds, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions will help us reach that goal. Any money earned above the $15,000 target will benefit the Conservatory’s programs.

How Sponsors Can Participate

Sponsors may contribute toward the overall $15,000 goal, underwrite all or part of a specific production expense, or provide an in-kind contribution. Sponsorship opportunities include:

  1. Supporting the professional orchestra and soloists
  2. Helping cover administrative and production costs
  3. Printing the concert programs
  4. Printing promotional posters
  5. Providing or underwriting the use of choral risers
  6. Underwriting another specific production need
  7. Making a general contribution toward the complete production

Every financial or in-kind contribution helps build a responsible and sustainable foundation for the CDA Messiah Sing.

Sponsors are helping create a more participatory local tradition: one in which music opens doors, strengthens relationships, and turns a shared performance into an opportunity to serve our neighbors.

This is the beginning of something larger than two concerts. It is an opportunity for the Conservatory, local congregations, businesses, musicians, and neighbors to move forward together, united by music and invested in
the place we share.

With gratitude,

The Teachers, Staff & Board of Directors at the Music Conservatory of Coeur d’Alene
