In addition to cash donations, the Music Conservatory of Coeur d’Alene gratefully accepts contributions of IRA distributions, appreciated stock, gifts from donor advised funds and other charitable giving vehicles.

Planned Giving
Leaving a legacy to the Music Conservatory of Coeur d’Alene can be as simple as making a provision for the conservatory in your will or naming the conservatory as a beneficiary for a distribution from a revocable trust or retirement account. Other ways to leave a legacy of support include gifts of life insurance, charitable gift annuities, deferred gift annuities, charitable annuity trusts, charitable lead trusts and charitable remainder unitrusts. We gratefully accept in-kind donations of musical instruments, scores, music-related equipment, art and many other items.

Volunteering
We operate with a lean staff and appreciate additional support from students, parents and other friends who want to share the joy of music with their community. Volunteers are also eligible for work study credit toward private lessons or group lessons.
Some volunteer opportunities include grant writing, special events, administration/office assistance, social media, marketing/promotional assistance, flyer distribution and building and grounds.
